Can West Asheville rise to the Carpool Challenge?

I would like to put down this challenge. My challenge to West Asheville is that in 2008 more than 100 of our citizens be active at http://www.sharetheridenc.com/. Currently the three members are Bryan, Paul, and Ty.

However if there is some organization tool that folks from West Asheville already use to Carpool I'd like to hear about those. Or if anyone has ideas for getting more people to Carpool in general.

Ty, a woman named Mary Noel is trying to start a ride-share program in Buncombe County. She works for the U.S. Forest Service. She had contacted the Mountain X. I'm not sure where her effort stands right now.

I ride my bike from Best Asheville to DwnTwn monday through friday. I would love to ride with other people. It would be awesome to have a group of 10 or so people in formation heading that way.

Make that four. I'm registered with sharetheridenc but have not been able to find anyone to carpool with since the rider I found there left town several months ago. While she was in town it was great!!
