Comment by McDaniel family on August 30, 2008 at 12:42am - I've been wondering what we might be able to do to clean out the poison ivy, etc. strangling the plantings behind the pillars by my yard. I tried to organize a community work day on it a few years ago with a plant swap to sweeten the deal but no one showed up. Susan Roderick tells me Quality Forward planted that area more than 10 years ago. You can tell that at one time it was nicely done. There are azaleas, lily of the valley, etc. Any thoughts?
