Stream Restoration at Malvern Hills
The stream restoration and rain garden project at Malvern Hills Park and West Asheville Park is moving along quite nicely. The plans are complete and we are waiting on our permits and we are in the process of selecting a contractor to do the work. We hope the work will begin around the first of October and we are planning to hold several volunteer activities such as planting trees and removing invasive species as the project progresses.
